Complete Dentures
Our SR Ivocap heat curing injection finishing system is a high quality acrylic with outstanding fit and comfortable wear for your patients. This acrylic is available in a variety of tissue shades to match your patient’s natural gum shade. Teeth selection using a manufacture’s mould and shade guide will assist with determining the choice that is right for your specific patient. Taking into consideration the patient’s age and sex when selecting teeth will aid in creating a suitable natural smile.
True Life Dentures
True Life dentures give your patients a premium life-like denture using SR Ivocap acrylic and premium teeth options by Dentsply, Vita or Ivoclar. The highly characterized denture finish includes gingival toning, festooned denture base, palatal rugae and stippling creating a natural replication of tissue.
True Value Dentures
True Value is our value added denture using SR Ivocap or Lucitone 199 acrylic finishes. This denture option incorporates economical teeth and finishing, a regular denture base and a smooth palate. No stippling.
Pow Laboratories recommends the fabrication of a Duplicate denture for every patient that wears as complete denture. The duplicate is a low cost “non-embarrassment” denture for patients to wear when their denture require a reline or repair.
Partial Dentures
Duraflex ™ Flexible Partial Dentures
Patients are looking for more esthetic options in restorative applications and flexible dentures are a comfortable, durable option. The transparent material is designed to virtually disappear when inserted into the patient’s mouth.
Duraflex™ is a biocompatible material that can be designed as a partial denture or in combination with a chrome casting where minimal undercuts are present on teeth and tissue. This advanced thermoplastic material does not absorb moisture making it stain and odour-resistant. We recommended an alginate impression and used in application with a minimum of 4mm clearance in the posterior region.
