Crowns, Bridges and Implants

Science and Technology continue to introduce more esthetic applications of Crown and Bridge materials to create natural results. Pow Laboratories designs, mills, sinters, press and cast all restorations in-house using the latest in precision technology.

We accept scans from ALL open formatted digital impression scanners or we digitalize your traditional PVS impression to design your restoration using 3 Shape CAD/CAM technology. We achieve precision in interproximal and occlusal contact, contours, fit and function, before milling on our 5 axis systems. Each restoration is quality controlled and verified to meet our standard of quality before being delivered to our customers.

Designed for Crowns, Bridges and Implants

• Pre shaded acrylic polymer milled temporaries

• Automated manufacturing of both provisional restoration and verification try in.

• Ideal tissue adaptation and sculpting can be controlled using this milled product.

 

 

Full Contour Zirconia HT

Designed for Crowns and Bridges and Implants

• Monothic Zirconia has flexural strength of 1250mpa

• Multi layered and high translucency Zirconia for highly esthetic results

Preparation Guide:

Posterior Crown: Occlusal reduction of 0.7mm-1.5mm. Axial Reduction of minimum 1.0mm. Taper between 6° and 8° from margin to occlusion. Rounded internal line angles.

Bridge: Occlusal reduction of 1.0mm-1.5mm. Width of shoulder or chamfer to be 1.0mm. Rounded internal line angles to reduce stress areas. Axial Reduction of 1.0 mm with taper of 6-8°.

 

 

Porcelain layered Zirconia

Designed for Crowns and Bridges, Implants

• Milled Zirconia. Pre-sinter colour applied to achieve desired shade.

• Layered using porcelain to mimic natural life like esthetics, final shade and characterization.

Preparation Guide:

Anterior/Posterior Crowns & Bridges: Circular reduction at Gingival Margin 1.0mm. Incisal/Occlusal reduction 1.5mm minimum. Modified Shoulder or Deep Chamfer Margin. Rounded line angles for milling of zirconia

 

 

e.max® Press
(monothic or incisal cut back layering)

Designed for Veneers, Crowns, 3 Unit Bridges, Implants

• Lithium Disilicate material pressed in shades using light, medium, high and opulence translucency.

• 500 mpa in flexural strength. Optimal for veneers, crowns, implant retained, and 3 unit anterior and posterior bridges.

• Etched with ceramic etching gel

Preparation Guide:

Veneers: Depth Cuts of 0.6mm. Incisal Reduction of 0.7mm

Anterior Crowns: Facial Reduction and Incisal reduction 1.0 to 1.5mm. Lingual Contact Clearance 1.0 to 1.2 mm. Rounded internal line angles for pressing, with shoulder margin.

3 Unit Bridge-Anterior and Posterior to 2nd Bicuspid: 1.5mm Incisal/Occlusal reduction. 1.0mm reduction at Gingival Margin. 1.2-1.5mm axial reduction. Rounded internal line angles for pressing, with shoulder margin.

 

 

Porcelain Fused to Gold Crowns and Bridges

• High Noble Alloy with 60% gold content

• Yellow High Noble with 88% gold content

• Non-Precious available for crowns, bridges, Maryland style and post and cores (opague application available upon request)

 

 

Full Gold Crowns and Bridges

• 50% gold content

• Custom abutments and post and cores

 

 

Our Crowns, Bridge and Implant restorations are supported with a 5 year warranty, from material defects of craftsmanship.
