Cast Partial Frameworks
Pow Laboratories is a recognized Bego International Wironium® I.W.C. facility that is designated for providing a worldwide mark of quality. Bego Wironium Plus® alloy is a high purity chrome alloy that offers both technical and aesthetic results for your patient care. Utilizing CAD/CAM technology our technicians scan and create a digital design. The precision 3D design is printed and cast. Using leading software we achieve precise thickness, contours, fit and longevity of your framework without compromising fit or comfort.
DuraCetal™ Frameworks
DuraCetal frameworks are CAD/CAM designed and milled using an advanced crystalline copolymer material that is durable, flexible and stain resistant.
Combined with low moisture absorption, DuraCetal frames provide a lightweight alternative to cast partial frameworks. Shade selection is required to fabricate.
VisiClear® Partial Frameworks
VisiClear frameworks are an advanced thermoplastic semi-clear material that provides a metal free option in framework design. Due to its unique chemical properties, VisiClear does not absorb moisture making it resistant to stains, bacteria and odors. Designed using digital manufacturing, VisiClear provides an excellence in comfort and esthetics as it takes on the colour of the teeth or tissue.
Our Cast and Flexible Frameworks have a 3 year warranty.
Esthetic Clasping Options
Esthetic Clasping Options are available to provide comfort and fit for your partial designs.
Silicone Gaskets
Silicone gaskets are a soft clear elastomeric silicone material which clasps the neck of the natural tooth, sealing out food or liquids. Silicone gaskets provide a cushioning of the natural tooth from the denture base.
Visiclear®
Visiclear® is an aesthetic flexible plastic material. Monomer and nylon free, this strong stain-resistant material can be used as an esthetic clasping option added to a cast chrome framework.
Duraflex™
Duraflex™ clasping is a thermoplastic flexible material that is easily adjusted and polished. Used in combination with a cast metal framework.
Acetal Resin
Acetal Resin clasping is a tooth coloured acrylic limited in shades and adjustment capabilities. Acetal resin clasping is designed to engage in first third of undercut, allowing the tapered end of clasp to be placed more gingival.
Versacryl®
Versacryl® is a clear acrylic clasp design that allows the natural colour of the tooth to show through. Adjustable chairside using warm water to manipulate.
